The CURTIS RN27530 separator element is located inside the air oil separator tank and separate the compressed air from the residual oil coming out of the compression bloc.
By design lubricated compressor need to have a high-quality separator element to perform as per manufacturer specification, only the best material and craftmanship can make separator elements that will ensure full capability of your air compressor.
The top-hat style air oil separators are installed inside a separator tanks with a gasket and a grounding wire. They normally need to be changed anywhere between 4000 hr and 8000 hr depending on the parts.
