The DONALDSON P783487 separator acts as a filter for the mix of air and oil getting out of the air end. This part plays an important role in the air quality, the energy performance of the compressor and the reliability of the equipment.
A standard rotary screw air compressor separator assembly function is to filter and retain most of the oil inside the lubrication system, the oil concentration at the outlet of the compressor should be around a maximum of 5 ppm.
