Food Grade Lubricant INGERSOLL RAND ULTRA FG-55

The INGERSOLL RAND ULTRA FG-55 CCP replacement product is the SF80FG. The Syn-Flo 80FG is 100% synthetic air compressor coolant designed to be used in rotary screw and rotary vane compressors where NSF-H1 food grade requirements are in place. Syn-Flo 80FG is recommended for 4000 hours of uninterrupted service. It uses the same Americain made basic ingredient than the larger name without the extra cost of the manufacturer. This PAG Food Grade is a synthetic oil with additives that are non-toxic and appropriate for use in applications where compressed air may come in contact with food. Our FG coolant will meet the strict requirements for the product's safety such as HACCP applications.All of our replacement lubricant goes under testing as per ASTM method. Key measurement points are like Viscosity at 100F and 210F, Total Acid numbers, Pour Point, Specific Gravity and Foam Tendencies available on request as well as MSDS Sheet.
