Spin-on Air Oil Separator FINI 48428000

The FINI 48428000 is a spin-on separator that looks a lot like an oil filter, often found in some smaller lubricated compressor and it's a critical component of the lubrication system.
A standard rotary screw air compressor separator assembly function is to filter and retain most of the oil inside the lubrication system, the oil concentration at the outlet of the compressor should be around a maximum of 5 ppm.
Air oil separators have a major impact on the performance of a compressed air system. Higher differential pressure will create higher energy consumption, excessive oil carry-over will result in higher compressor maintenance cost and extra downstream equipment filtration replacement.
